All orders are shipped USPS.
First class shipping is the default shipping method.
Priority mail is available as an upgraded shipping method during checkout.
We strive to process orders within one business day whenever possible. Holidays and high demand times of year may take slightly longer.
All orders have USPS tracking.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes in their home country.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All packages are sent with verifiable tracking and are hand delivered to the central post office. Packages over $100 ship automatically with insurance. Any packages returned to us as un-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim should that be needed.
